Indicator definitions

Municipal population

People having their usual residence in the municipality. This is the reference population used by INSEE (excluding double counting).

Median price per m²

Value separating sales into two halves: half of the properties sold for less, the other half for more. More robust than the average against atypical sales.

DVF reliability threshold

A price is only displayed if the municipality records at least 5 sales of the same type of property during the year. Below this, the indicator is hidden (sample size too small).

Change (%)

Variation between the first and last available year for the indicator, expressed as a percentage: (final value − initial value) / initial value.

EPCI

Public inter-municipal cooperation establishment (metropolis, agglomeration or commune community) to which the municipality belongs.

Built surface area used

Actual built surface area declared in DVF; multi-lot transactions, land sales, and outlier prices (< €200/m² or > €10,000/m²) are excluded from the calculation.

Transit coverage score

Index out of 100 calculated from the number of Rémi lines serving the municipality, the distance to the nearest station, and the presence of a stop within one kilometer.

Median price per m² of sales recorded in the municipality in 2024; the displayed change compares 2021 to 2024.
