About the club
Field hockey section of Cercle Laïque des Tourelles d'Orléans: the men's team plays in Nationale 2 and aims for Nationale 1.
Established in 1973, first in La Source then on île Arrault, the hockey section of Cercle Laïque des Tourelles d'Orléans moved to the Belneuf sports grounds, in the Argonne district, where it has a synthetic pitch and its clubhouse.
The men's first team is starting its seventh consecutive season in field hockey's Nationale 2, aiming for promotion to Nationale 1. Promoted to indoor Élite (first division), it notably hosted the first tournament of the winter season in Orléans against the best French teams.
A recognized training club, CLTO regularly promotes its young players to French national development centers (pôles France) and national teams, relying on a hockey school, baby hockey and a leisure section.
